The Leatherman Multitool; For Men Only?

Have you ever looked at something and thought, “Now, why didn’t I think of that”? That is the way I felt when i first saw the Leatherman Multitool.

The Leatherman is basically a folding pair of pliers, with a knife, screwdriver, file and other nifty tools in the handles. The whole thing folds up and fits in a small pouch that you can carry on your belt.

A lot of people think of the Leatherman as a knock off of the Swiss Army Knife, but while the Swiss Army Knife is a knife with a bunch of other tools, a Leatherman is more like a pair of pliers with a bunch of other tools.

Bob Dozier Straight Personal Review

The Bob Dozier Straight Personal has a straight spine to the tip, as opposed to a drop or clip point. This gives you more cutting edge and more belly along with a very pointy tip. The “personal” part of the knife’s name comes from the size. With a ~3inch long blade and ~3inch long handle the knife is very compact and easy to carry. Using the Bob Dozier horizontal Kydex sheath and is supplied with the knife, you can hardly even notice that the knife is there. It stays out of the way until you need it, and then is quickly accessible when you do. It is a great every-day-carry personal fixed blade that is superior to any folder in just about every way.
